Jennifer holds a bachelor degree in police forensics and a master’s degree in criminology & criminal justice. These academic pursuits developed out of her curiosity about the criminal mind as well as from her own experience with a violent sociopath, providing Jennifer with deep personal investment in every story she tells. In addition, she holds certifications in serial crime and criminal profiling. She is an affiliate member of the International Association of Forensic Criminologists.

My Review

Body of Crime by Jennifer Chase was a well written mystery filled with twists and turns that kept every new plot element a surprise. I enjoyed trying to figure out the mystery for myself alongside Dr. Chip Palmer and Inspector Kate Rawlins. Inspector Kate Rawlins was my favorite character because I felt like I share some similar personality traits with her. Overall, I really enjoyed this book and I hope the author decides to write more mystery novels/
