My Review

I am still rather new to adult coloring books and I still think of them a little bit like a children's activity, but I am getting better at seeing them as a stress reliever for adults too. I have found that I enjoy coloring complex pictures and letting my mind just roam. However I always kind of wished there was a story aspect to the books. This Wonderland: A Coloring Book Inspired by Alice's Adventures by Amily Shen offers exactly that. The book has story aspect to it. Each chapter begins with a blurb about the story and then you are off into coloring yourself through that part of the story. The picture vary between difficulty levels some are of a more simple nature while there are some that require focus due to their complicated nature. I found myself relaxing and enjoying the story aspect of the Wonderland: A Coloring Book Inspired by Alice's Adventures by Amily Shen as I colored my way through it one page at a time. I would fully recommend this to anyone who is looking for an adult coloring book and especially to those who also enjoy Alice in Wonderland as a basic knowledge is required to understand the story.
